Staff Training

There is a lot to learn. We provide the level of training that is required to cope with the needs and challenges of assisting people with many different mobility needs, ages and special needs. In doing so we want to ensure that the reputation of ReadiBus and its staff is maintained with the public and, most importantly, the ReadiBus service users.

There are many processes, procedures and techniques to learn. Much of the training is specialist to the field. It provides staff with confidence as well as skills.
